Reserve the Right to Change Your Mind

Life is too short for regrets so if you must, sniff, cancel an order, we are here. Orders must be cancelled in writing by email to customerservice@flapjackkids.com. Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (most orders ship within 24 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling.

Return to Sender

It is okay if you want to send your purchase back. Stranger things have happened and Jacqueline won’t take it personally. However, Shirley might... We gladly accept returns of any items ordered from www.flapjackkids.com within the first 30 days of placing your order. Items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact FlapJackKids within 30 days of the date of purchase to initiate a return request and authorization.

To return a product, please start by contacting us at customerservice@flapjackkids.com to arrange for approval. Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned. A FlapJackKids representative will contact you within three business days to approve or deny your return.

All returns are subject to the prior approval of FlapJackKids. Items returned without approval of FlapJackKids may not be eligible for return or exchange. When returning product, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FlapJackKids products ordered at a retail location must be returned to the point of purchase (no exceptions). If you have trouble finding contact information for the original seller, please contact us at customerservice@flapjackkids.com for assistance.

Holiday Return Policy

Have that extra eggnog because we've got you covered! FlapJackKids offers an extended return policy for all purchases made between November 1^st and December 31^st. Items purchased within this time frame are eligible for refund or exchange if returned and received by FlapJackKids by January 31^st. All returns or exchanges must be in the original packaging and be free of use, wear or tear. Product returned after the January 31^st deadline will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a holiday return and obtain the proper authorization, please contact us at customerservice@flapjackkids.com. Returns received without prior authorization will not be honoured.

Exchanges

Here at FlapJackKids we want you to love your purchase. We actually want to hear your squeal of delight! In the event you would like to exercise an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@flapjackkids.com to arrange for exchange approval. Before initiating an exchange, please review the following exchange guidelines:

1. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
2. FlapJackKids does not pay for return shipping and does not arrange for shipping of product to FlapJackKids.
3. Refund and exchange requests outside of the 30-day purchase window will not be honoured.

Provided the aforementioned guidelines are met, please feel free to contact us about your exchange. Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned in the body of the email. A FlapJackKids representative will contact you within three business days with approval or denial of your exchange request. Customers seeking an exchange will receive a one-time credit towards new product of equal or lesser value.
