- We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping on orders over $50 CAD (after discounts and before taxes)!
- For orders $50 CAD and under (after discounts and before taxes), we offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 CAD.
- We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel from our warehouse in Concord, Ontario.
- Your order will typically arrive between 5-10 business days after your date of purchase depending on where you live. A Canada Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- US customers, please place your order on our US website: flapjackkids.com.
- We offer FREE US-wide shipping on orders over $50 USD (after discounts).
- We ship all US orders via UPS from our warehouse in Buffalo, NY.

Returns to Sender
Here at FlapJackKids, we want you to be thrilled with your order. We actually want to hear your squeal of delight! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased at www.flapjackkids.ca, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of your date of purchase to request return approval. Send your request quoting your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All items must be in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you ship your return via a tracked method to ensure safe delivery.
- We are unable to refund shipping fees.
- Items returned without the prior approval of FlapJackKids may not be eligible for return.
- We are unable to accept returns on FlapJackKids products purchased at retail locations. Please contact your point of purchase for a return.
We are unable to offer exchanges by mail. We welcome you to contact us to initiate a return request and place a new order on our website for your desired items.
